The Trade Exhibition is a large and important part of the National Histology Conference. The 2019 Exhibition will be located in Hall L (adjacent the plenary room) at the Adelaide Convention Centre and will run for the duration of the meeting with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch served in the exhibition area.

Please note, by taking up an exhibition position, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
Exhibitors will be asked to provide their booth position preference when booking, however exhibition booths will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of applicants (including monies received) and that the Organiser’s decision will be final. (Only major sponsor booths will be confirmed prior to 2019).
The Organising Committee reserves the right to change the floor plan at any time.
Custom built booths are certainly welcomed and encouraged, however a detailed CAD drawing must be sent to the Conference Organisers who will have the venue sign off on the design, as there will be some restrictions (these restrictions will be outlined in the exhibition manual).
The Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for delays in delivery or failure to manufacture or deliver the goods agreed to be supplied hereunder due to acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, labour disputes or disturbances, floods, epidemics, war, civil commotion, riots or delays in transportation or due to any other cause beyond the parties’ reasonable control.
The Organisers accept no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any cause whatever. The Exhibitors are advised to insure against such liability.
The Organisers reserve the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a change of venue and/or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force as long as the Exhibitor is informed at least one month before the changes.
The Exhibitor is responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with their display area, howsoever caused. The Exhibitor will indemnify the Organisers in respect of any claim and demands in respect thereof. The Exhibitor must take out adequate insurance in respect of all such claims.
The Exhibitor agrees to keep their exhibition booth fully manned and operational and will not commence to remove or change any of the area until after the exhibition closes.
In the event of cancellation, notification in writing should be sent to the Conference Secretariat. A refund of fees paid (less a cancellation fee of $500) will be made to any Exhibitor cancelling up to 30 days prior to the event commencement. After that date refunds may not be possible.
